The Oregon shrimp is a cold-water shrimp. It is the first shrimp to be caught sustainably off the west coast of the United States of America and to receive MSC certification. Their slightly sweet and aromatic taste makes Oregon shrimps a real favourite. They are ideal for use in hot and cold dishes.
