Preparation

You can cook the fillets in breadcrumbs directly from the freezer:

 

Frying pan

Heat the oil or butter in the frying pan and fry the fillets over a moderate heat for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.Turn the fillets regularly during frying, so they cook evenly.If you leave the fillets to defrost in the fridge, 6-8 minutes is enough.

 

Oven

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the frozen fillets in an oven dish en heat them for 22 minutes in the middle of the oven.
