Microwave (600W)
Remove the vacuum fillets from the printed packaging. Prick a few holes in the vacuum packaging and put it on a microwave-safe plate. Heat for 7 minutes. Alternatively, remove the frozen fillets from the vacuum packaging and put them on a microwave-safe plate. Wrap the fillets in microwave foil and heat for 7 minutes.
NB:The plate and the foil can be hot, leave to cool for 1 minute if necessary.
Oven (Preheat to 175°C)
Remove the fillets from the vacuum packaging and put them in an oven dish. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
Frying pan
Leave the fillets to defrost in the fridge or place the vacuum fillets in cold water for 20-30 minutes. Remove the vacuum packaging. Heat some oil and fry the fillets for approx. 6-8 minutes. Turn the fillets a few times during frying.
BBQ
Leave the fillets to defrost in the fridge or place the vacuum fillets in cold water for 20-30 minutes. Remove the packaging. Make sure the BBQ is properly hot and no longer flames. Grill the fillets on both sides for 3-4 minutes. To prevent the fillets from sticking to the grill, you can wrap the fillets in aluminium foil and put them on the BBQ.
