The quality of fresh frozen fish that is kept in a good freezer, remains OK. The best before end date is always mentioned on the packing. Fresh frozen products are being kept at a minimum temperature of -18ºC during the production process.

Queens Products advises not to freeze a product again once it has been defrosted.
