Ingredients
(recipe for 4 persons)

4 pangasius fillets

1 lemon
-
1 dl soy sauce
-
a sprig of sesame oil

oil

20 grams of butter
-
2 spring onions
-
flour
-
pepper and salt
Method of preparation

Defrost the pangasius fillets as instructed on the packaging.

Dry the defrosted pangasius fillets off with kitchen paper.

Wash the spring onions and cut them in small rings.

Season the pangasius fillets with pepper and a little salt.

Roll the fillets lightly through the flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan really hot.

Fry the fillets nicely golden brown on both sides for approx. 2 minutes.

Put the fillets on a dish and keep them warm in the oven at 150ºC.

Damp down the frying liquid with lemon juice and the soy sauce.

Add the cut spring onion together with the butter. Warm well and finally add a sprig of sesame oil.

Take the pangasius fillets out of the oven and garnish them with the sauce.
Serving tip
Delicious with white rice and stir-fry vegetables.
