Salmon with mustard and basil

 

Ingredients

  • 2 x 125g salmon fillets
  • 100g soft butter
  • 1sp course mustard
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper (from pepper mill)

 

Method of preparation

  • Defrost the salmon fillets according the instructions on the package.
  • Wash the basil leaves and fine-cut them.
  • Mix the mustard and the basil through the butter.
  • Add the salt and pepper.
  • Put a little olive oil in an oven dish and put the fillets in it.
  • Spread the butter mix on top of the fillets.
  • Put the dish into the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 190ºC.

 

Serving tip

Very nice with spaghetti Carbonara.
