Ingredients

2 x 125g salmon fillets

100g soft butter
-
1sp course mustard
-
10 basil leaves

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper (from pepper mill)
Method of preparation

Defrost the salmon fillets according the instructions on the package.

Wash the basil leaves and fine-cut them.

Mix the mustard and the basil through the butter.

Add the salt and pepper.

Put a little olive oil in an oven dish and put the fillets in it.

Spread the butter mix on top of the fillets.

Put the dish into the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 190ºC.
Serving tip
Very nice with spaghetti Carbonara.
