Tilapia potato dish

 

Ingredients

  • 1kg big potatoes
  • 50g butter
  • 100ml milk
  • 125ml crème fraîche
  • 1 onion (chopped finely)
  • 1 bag Queens Ocean Tilapia 600g
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 Dutch rusk

 

Method of preparation

  • Defrost the tilapia fillets as instructed on the packaging.
  • Cook the peeled potatoes and mash them.
  • Add the butter and the hot milk and season with salt and pepper.
  • Put half of the mashed potatoes on the bottom of the oven dish.
  • Put the crème fraîche on top.
  • Season the tilapia fillet with a little salt and pepper and put them next in the oven dish.
  • Cover the tilapia fillets with the remainder of the mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and crumbled rusk.
  • Place the dish in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 185Cº.

 

Serving tip

Nice with slices of carrot simmered in butter.
