Ingredients

1kg big potatoes

50g butter

100ml milk

125ml crème fraîche

1 onion (chopped finely)

1 bag Queens Ocean Tilapia 600g

50g grated cheese

1 Dutch rusk
Method of preparation

Defrost the tilapia fillets as instructed on the packaging.

Cook the peeled potatoes and mash them.

Add the butter and the hot milk and season with salt and pepper.

Put half of the mashed potatoes on the bottom of the oven dish.

Put the crème fraîche on top.

Season the tilapia fillet with a little salt and pepper and put them next in the oven dish.

Cover the tilapia fillets with the remainder of the mashed potatoes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and crumbled rusk.

Place the dish in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 minutes at 185Cº.
Serving tip
Nice with slices of carrot simmered in butter.
