Each person needs nutrients to keep your body healthy and strong. Fish contains many proteins. These are the building stones of the human body. Fish also contains a lot of minerals, necessary for a body to function properly. Finally fish contains Omega 3 acids. These are good fats. Among other thing they see to the development of the brain and they are important for your heart and blood vessels. It’s therefore logical that the Food Centre advises to all to eat fish twice a week.
