Fresh frozen fish for all ages

 

Fish is important food for all ages. That’s logical because fish contains many valuable nutrients such as high quality proteins, unsaturated (=good) fat, vitamins and minerals. Fish, especially fat fish such as salmon, contains many Omega 3 acids.
 
Omega 3 acids are important for the development of our brain. Pregnant women do need these fats for their babies. Young children need the nutrients and Omega 3 of fish during their growth. For small children (1-3 years old) 60 grams of fish per week is sufficient. From the age of 4 approx. 100-125 grams. For adults eating fish is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, besides regular exercise.
 
Fish twice a week contributes to aging vitally. A good weight is important for all ages. Every day exercise is necessary to get and to maintain a good weight. Furthermore the daily food pattern is important. Many fish species are lean and contain little calories. At the same time fish give you important nutrients, also during a period of dieting.
